Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs)
IMEs are a critical step in determining return-to-work status, and they can be an integral component of workers' compensation or personal injury lawsuits. With orthopaedic surgeons who specialize in back and neck injuries the Miami Spine Institute has a team that is well-qualified to conduct dependable IMEs.
Our Dedicated Workers' Comp Team
While our doctors provide medical care to the injured worker, our dedicated workers' comp team will keep you — the employer, insurer or case manager — apprised of the treatment plan, progress and status along the way. We understand the importance of timely appointments and communication, and we will do everything we can to get injured workers seen by a doctor as soon as possible and to help you streamline the claim.
